New bars

Anyone know what these are?
There are no markings. They look like a bigger version of occ bars. And the bracket on the bottom is odd.

Just finished one, these bars won't work on it.(threadless headset)

Those bars are great. I have the same (?) Pair. Ill have to touch em to remember, but i think they came off an early Cyclepro Ram. Like 83 or so.

I got these from my friend Carrie, went to my LBS to get a bike box, picked up a few other things while there.

The little bracket hanging down off them is for early centre pull brakes.
Awesome bars, I have a set here, but have not found a use for them yet!

Bullmoose bars. I don't know where they originated, but schwinn and Gary Fisher were using them in the 80s to early 90s...Nitto and Ritchey currently make them for threadless 1-1/8 use.

I know what to use them on now, just have to remove that bracket. Gonna be a while before we see them on a build tho, to many projects in line.
