Help lol

Hey it looks to be threaded... is it left handed , han I just tap on it with a brass hammer to loosen or dose ... require 3 spcl. tools & a secrect hand shake to remove ??

Inquireing mind want to know .
Stephen / Wingman

It's been a long time since I took one off, but I'm pretty sure they have normal thread. There's a "spanner" made for the job, but you should be able to drift the ring off with a punch and hammer, that's what I did.

If I remember right, the lock ring will unscrew clockwise, and the sprocket will unscrew counterclockwise. Thanks!!!

Cashman is correct. Remove the lock ring first, left hand thread. Then, if possible, put the wheel back on the bike and the chain back on. Jam on the brakes and the cog will unscrew. Gary

Cool Cool .... reasmbl in reverse order ... done.
Are the skip tooth cogs for ND stuff interchangable ?? If its on a D mod to start with

i do believe so. see cogs for ND hubs all the time on ebay with different number of teeth.
