So I see this very cool mountain bike "conversion" on the Dallas Craigslist and I write the seller to compliment his work. He replies and sends me a link to this site. How cool is that?

I'm a total n00b, working on my first "build" now. As soon as I get the paint off of the chrome fork I'm taking the frame to get it powder coated.

Here's what it looked like before I started doing bad things to it:

I mainly bought it for the shimmering chrome. I'll be asking a ton of questions soon enough. Great site you folks have here.
