Hi. Looking for front fork/suspension and seat options for my Schwinn Retro Beach Cruiser. I've seen a few springer options that aren't bad but wondering if anyone's seen a hybrid springer monoshock option? Looking for the best seat suspension options too; old disabled USMC combat veteran (honorable) and I need as much help as I can get. All ready underway with ebike conversion as well. Not looking for fat tire or low rider setup, just this damn bike is heavy, I love it but I need a little assist. Wouldn't hate some custom handlebars or retro lighting either. Suggestions?

Or something with a hydraulic/pneumatic shock
