New member from NC

Hello All,

I've been into everything with wheels since I was a toddler. Mom has a photo album for me titled heck on Wheels. That was probably mostly due to my skateboard and freestyle BMX days in the 80's, and the many orthopedist visits.

I'm mostly a MTB'r lately but I am going to pick up this bike tonight actually and will start modifying it asap.

I've been wanting a ratrod for a while, but just can't spend the dime for one right now.

Really liking the bent springer fork look and ape hangers, but will scour the site and learn as much as I can while I work on it.

Whereabouts in NC? There's a few RRBers there, I use to live in western NC.

Got the bike now and it needs a good cleaning but it's in really good shape. Already pulled the wheel reflectors off. I'm in Winston Salem.
