Greetings to all from Southern California,
After getting much inspiration from Rat Rod Bikes posts. I decided on building an 80’s Schwinn Cruiser 5 speed Lowrider. For six months I shopped online and bought this whole bike piece by piece. I tried to keep it as original as possible, at the end I didn’t image that it would turn out the way it did. It took a week to assemble this bike, although, I did need help from the local bike shop for installing the brake & gear cables. Love cruising my 1980 Schwinn Cruiser 5. Looking forward in building another one.
