I just bought a '57 Columbia-made Western Flyer from another Pittsburgher on this forum. I am jazzed about the bike and the idea of learning and participating through this forum. My history? I am a transplant from Long Beach, CA and now call Pittsburgh my home. My interest in bicycles was rekindled last year when I bought a gassed-up Sear's Spaceliner off Craigslist.
My current stable is: (1) Sears 70's era Spaceliner Cruiser w/gas engine (2) Hurley PR Cruiser by Felt (3) '57 Western Flyer
Current Project: Transform the Western Flyer into an homage to an early 1900's motorbike, probably in a ratroddish style.
