New school old school racer

Ok let's go
I got myself a new bike from halfords about 5 months ago for about 350 quid it's a good little bike it's a carrera zelos ltd
It started life as this

I changed the bar tape to for some blue tape but today I got 2 flat tyres going home from work so I had to get some new ones this is what I come home with

so what I was thinking was to change up the look and do some kind of old school new school look
I've just ordered some bull horns

Going to make some pedal straps out of some old kickboxing belts let me know what you think would look cool

That is a sharp bike!
For myself, drops and rams don't work, too much weight on the front. But, I rarely just ride o.t.r.
If it turns out the same for you, try a "mary," or "swallow," styled bar with a super short stem. Just thoughts!
Also, for my urban bike, I use s.p.d. cleats, toe clips or straps don't come out fast enough!

Sorry for the long reply but my stuff took so long to come.
I had to go and get a new stem from the bike shop but everything on the bike now and looking good
