New to me schwinn

I just picked up a schwinn at a local auction. I'm not sure of it's vintage but it says ""raynal" on the front sprocket, does anyone have info on this? I'm pretty siked on this bike since its ready to ride, it'll need paint soon (its orange) but its not the nearly the project of my other bike.

Looks to me like someone stuck that badge on there. Looks more like a Ross or something.

That's a European built bike w/a Schwinn badge stuck on it. It looks like a bigger version of those 20" Rapido bikes. -Adam

I think the airplane is a nice touch too I found some numbers on the seat tube, 7570 GL or 61?
Does this help identify it? I also noticed the front sprocket is stamped made in England and the centerstand is made in Sweden, so European would make sense. It also has little grease fittings on the hubs and bottom bracket
