New to RatRod Bikes and Klunker Building

Good day fellow RatRod and Klunker builders! Joined RatRod Bikes a couple weeks ago and just finished up my first build. Have been wanting to build a Klunker for a while and finally decided to jump in. Found a random frame on Craigslist thought I'd see what I could turn her into. I work part-time as a bike mechanic at the shop here in Detroit Lakes, MN, and love turning old rides into something new. Check out my build and let me know what you think.

Thanks Couch Tater! Am planning on leaving it raw. I'm hoping it will rust a little bit, then I'll disassemble and clear coat the frame.

Looks great!
I like the heat marks from the welding. When i want to speed up my patina I put a bit of vinegar and salt on the exposed metal and it rusts up pretty quick.

I like the contrast between the rough frame and the new hardware
