NEWBIE Fork Measurement Question

Picked up a used frame where the neck measures 5 1/4" high and the stem on the fork measures 6 3/4." I was looking at getting one of these:

but I am unsure about the measurements.

Would this work?

Make sure what you measure on the frame headtube includes the cups and bearing stack, which will make it longer than just the tube itself.

Thanks. I'll double check with the cups in, but it wouldn't really be that much longer.The tube on the springer fork I was looking at 6 3/8." They have one other version that is 7 3/4."
