Bought a Brutus off of Craig's list this morning and have spent the afternoon pouring over all of the posts on the forum. Way to many great ideas to think about. Has anyone done a internal three speed kickback on there bike?

If it can be done, somebody here has, or will. Also some Beast and Dolomite threads over on mtbr.com. Whatever you do, post about it. We are all learning from each other.

i think i can make the rear hub off of a sun cruiser spider work. going to order a Sturmey Archer Duomatic S2C kick shift.
