Has anyone else seen this? I'm not sure I see it as an improvement.

What do y'all think?

The new format is nice, but unless they improve their customer service when problems occur by their own doing, it really doesn't matter. That company is downright atrocious to deal with if there is an issue with an order. :roll:

I was just looking at it and getting a big order ready. Looks good and still functions the same.

I like that it lets you know how many they have in stock, and it does look a lot better, but I find that you can't narrow down your search quite so fast as you used to, b/c you can't go to a category and then narrow it down by manufacturer, or vice versa. You can either look at alllll of the products a given company offers, or you can see alllllll of the Gizmos in one category, and view em alphabetically, then go find it....

As for customer service, I've been lucky thus far in that they've yet to screw up an order. But you're not the first that's said that they are difficult to work with on returns and other such issues.

i saw they changed it the other night, i was having trouble getting pages to load when searching for stuff, but it may have been on my end, not thiers. never had an issue with them on service.

edit- just went there again and it works fine, either they fixed it if it was on their end, or im not sharing wifi with the wife and kids tonight. probably was my problem, but it works now either way.
