You should cut the swan's neck and add a neck extension so that you have a tall swan to match the apes.

Haha, that would be cool, but I stuck a magnet to swan... no stick. It's no aluminum, it's heavy, not quite sure what it's made of, but I can't weld it. I do know it's silver plated.

Uhh, I have the JB Weld. I fixed a hole in my fender with it a while ago and didn't put it back. Sorry...

I keep on forgetting that we are all three the same guy. We need to have a whiteboard to let each other know where we leave things.

Thanks man, if I can't run that front fender it's going to kill my hood ornament, and that stinks. Look at the photo of me on it, you can see just how tight that tire is in the fender and it's not even all the way in the drops! I might try the fender off of the women's bike that the fender came from, but it's just not as cool, not enough rust and not a ballooner. I just don't have another fork... I don't think...

How about cutting the fender at the fork, connect the two pieces with a formed bracket? --u-- Might have to add another fender stay.

Thanks man, like I've said before, I just wanted to buid them ridiculous, and they sure look that way, but sitting on the bike they feel pretty good, you will all know more once I start riding it. Hoping to have a build day on the 4th since I just realized the church office is closed that day.

Funny story, about 8 years if you did a google image search for the word "idiot" there was a photo of me in the #10 position. It was that way for a couple years.
