Another up here,down looks painful

Filled them full of sand, masked off the ends to keep them that way. Then used the vise, a 2" pipe and a 1" pipe, heated about a 4" wide patch (rose bud with oxy/acetylene), and used the 1", to bend the bars around the 2". Slow cool, so less brittle.
 
Lookin like some color sand and repainting is needed.. dang it.... floabw

Seat tube was catchingnrust down the tube and only going in a couple inches... ground on ut a bit and forgot to put the wet paper towell on the paint before I started...


Where the hot fell to...


I like Corinthian leather, but don't need my paint to be textured like it.
