Occ rear wheel

I want to turn a rear wheel to a occ stingray into a front wheel for a up coming fat tire chopper build. Can it be done if so how

The wheel would work as a front. You wouldn't even have to take the freewheel off.

Problem is, the axle dropout width is 170mm, and 99% of forks are 100mm. You'd have to custom build or widen a fork. It's been done before, it will take some fabrication.
