occ stingray fork question

Hey I want a set of triple tree forks for cheap. New ones are a little more than I want to spend, but I can get a used occ stingray in my area for like 40 bucks. My question is are the forks adjustable. can i push the fork tubes further into the flanges? Basically I want to use them on a 20" wheel and have very little clearance.

the bottom clamps around the tube, the top is just a plate with bolt holes in it. I haven't had it apart, but it looks like it would mod fairly easily.. :roll:

You can't just slide them up and clamp them down, they have to be modified to be shortened.
I would look around for a Jesse James chopper. I believe those fork can slide up into the triple trees like you want. There are also several mountain bikes that use this style of fork.

They are pretty junky forks and have a 1 1/8" steerer tube.
