Found this the other day. Clubman bars, Tioga, Brooks, Belgium made rims laced to a SA hub and a Shimano high flange DX up front stamped 82. Box button shifter! I am guessing tange fork? Specialized tires, Inverted stem of some kind. Just a crazy build...and CRAZY inexpensive! I have been focusing on BMX lately so it was cool to find such a total mash-up up my interests in one bike!
