I'm in with this unknown frame. No serial # that I could find. Maybe a Bratz bike or similar offshore frame.

I found the bars and seat at a swap meet several years ago, just been sitting around waiting for a frame.
The chainring/guard is kinda neat, I'll probably try to get it straightened out and reuse it.

I plan to use these Schwinn exerciser rims.

I'll be using this Shimano coaster. Haven't looked for a front hub yet.

A little more teardown. Exerciser wheels, had to get rid of the solid tires:

Seat post was a little stuck, and the pedals were a little grumpy but were no match for the Kroil.

I don't have a suitable 20" fork. I do have this NOS 24" fork.

might as well see how the exerciser covers look

Cool project! If you have a way to bend tubing you might be able to sweep those fork legs forward a bit for a custom chopper look.

Got the old seat post clamp off that had been spot welded to the seat post. I have a nice shiny one to replace it.

I think I will try this fork. After checking, I didn't have a suitable stem to fit the other fork. I have a nice shiny stem that came from a Raleigh exercise bike. I'll replace the bolt with something less dorky.
