Hi guys, picked up this little monster for the better half, just trying to find out what it is, the chain guard contraption throws me, i have looked for o few hours over the past few days to no avail! thanks!!

With the three piece crank and the way the frame is put together around the seat tube ,it screams Kia or something overseas along them lines.
