OLD OLD FRAME - WHAT IS IT?

I don't know what it is but its cool, looks turn of the century . Is that a two piece crank ? Lovell diamond ?

Definitely looks 1895-1900ish. The hard thing is that there were about 100 bicycle manufacturers at this time and identifying it without a headbadge may be very trying. My first thought was Lovell Diamond and the geometry looks identical to this lugged frame on Nostalgic--the fork and chainring are different but that could be a difference in years. I may try to take the crank out for new grease...never removed one like this. Will know more I a few days.
