for sure I'll have it welded. that will be the easy part, the hard part will be getting the area clean and grease free! I'll be talking with my friend Nick about the best way to hide the welds

Wow Walker you weren't kidding when you said we had almost Identical bikes. Mines badged as a Mercury but I did pick up a Western Flyer with it, both are the 39-41 Elgin style curved bar frames built by Murray. I also have a 41 Elgin with the same frame built by Columbia.

Wow! Id be honored to have that many curved seattube murray/elgin frames.. Honestly one of my alltime favorites.

Question on the above 3 bikes. The top two are Murray built, I know that, I have a similar Elgin. But the bottom one is very similar but also very different, that was built by Westfield?
