My friends on the north shore saw them perfectly over the Long Island Sound.
I went out and saw nothing. But I awoke this morning and only had a little bit

Conveniently, the millions spent will shorten our Dear Leader's daily commute by several minutes per day. He came up with the idea while stuck in traffic.
It's so counterintuitive it hurts thinking about it. I had worked closely with the
Bike-Ped Engineer in our region on Long Island, and he was so passionate about
his job. It was infectious. He loved cycling and designing new paved trails and bike
lanes. A big one he worked on here was the Jones Beach Bike Path. Lanny retired
soon after it was done. Kind of an opus of sorts. I'm sure he's heard this news from
up north and is screaming his head off. Well, no. He wouldn't do that. He's a quiet
gentleman. He would be perturbed. I, on the other hand, would scream my head off.
