Paint 1951 schwinn spitfire! Need help asap!!

Trying to paint my 1951 Schwinn spitfire. I bought the stencils on eBay and just wanted to make sure that the small spiral stencils go on both side of the tubes. I'm talking about the design that looks like wings. Is this design on both side of the tubes?
