PATE SWAP MEET 2017

I took the day off of work today and headed over to Fort Worth to the Pate Swap Meet at the Texas Motor Speedway. This is a 4 day swap meet that's been going on for 45 years and they average over 100,000 attendees. It takes up about half of the Speedway's parking area.

I walked through about a 1/5th of the swap meet today and took some pics which can be seen here...

And to answer your question, it's all overpriced for the most part, but fun to look at.

Another swap / bike meet to add to my 'travel the country and hit a bunch of bicycle swap meets' bucket list!

Just watched it again. Hard to pick out the bicycle stuff. Is it really that much, or more signs, cars, etc?

It's about everything you can think of that's old. Mostly car and motorcycle stuff, but there is so much of it that you pretty much hit every genre of collecting out there.
