I've been looking at these a lot lately. Radio Flyer Wagons too. Now I want to build one or the other. I'm leaning towards building a pedal car. I don't have anything in hand right now (well I do have a wheel barrow and I've seen those done too) I Googled Rat Rod Pedal Cars and see I'm not the only one who thinks these things are more than just a kids toy. So while I don't have to be in a build off to do it. I seem to find incentive in the competition. Maybe a builders thread in the "Other Talk" that anyone interested in joining could post to, since this is a Bike forum. What say ye?

It would be cool, always liked what DevinScience had started with a wheel barrow and a wagon. But thanks to Photobucket, the pics are gone from the build thread.

Then there's the crazy version of a pedal car that I've become interested in.

Always loved the idea, I even follow a page on facebook that runs a wagon build-off.
I wont join though, lacking mojo at the moment... Would love to watch if you guys do it though!

[emoji1] I've seen some modified old soviet pedal cars on the local festival called "art custom draft" here, in Moscow, but they're more lowrider style i think)

Probably have another candidate for rebuilding. There are a couple of Facebook pages related to wagons, pedal cars and strollers.

Probably a few folks using this forum have a bit of obsessiveness when it comes to bikes and wheeled objects.
Other stuff as well...

...missed it by this much.
This is a car I had in the spring. It went to a dude who will customize for his lil girl to match his show beetle.
I enjoy having these items on occasion and am pleased to let em go to create new memories.
I'd love to watch some builds from the bleechers, but don't have the right stuff to participate for now.

Yeah I never even thought about those little electric cars.
Hmm, lots of potential there. I wonder how well a steel pedal car body would ride on an electric chassis?
What about a demolition derby themed pedal car?

Carl.
