Peugeot road bike year help

I know it's a Peugeot and looks old...60s. But I'm not sure. Has Mafac brakes and levers. Simplex shifters and rear derailleur and Huret front.

looks to be a mid 60's U08.the seat would be a good clue,but it's not there.
