This is a steal frame or maybe Chromeoly I all ready have two other Phat bikes & this frame was very plane , I also have a friend in the powder coat business so I thought I would clean this one up make it cool and sell it . Also needed some of the pats for another project. Here is a picture of one compleat . This bike rides great . It's a long frame but not over stretched .
