Took the stretch out for a cruise today, was generally overcast, but not too bad, Just a 11 mile ride, was good to get out :D These are all from my phone, the qaulity is okay, but not as good as my camera. Thought you'd like to see em.

First of all I installed a bottle and cage - not a lot of room to get a bottle in there! Luckily I can slide it in from the side with the open cage design!

Now there's a trail which alongs beside the local river, between 2 bridges, which are like 2 miles apart. Makes a great little circuit, and is very popular, particularly in Summer with daylight savings. The good thing is the visibility is generally pretty good, and its nice and wide for passing walkers/runners easily and safely. Is a great perv in Summer too

This was a diversion, a new piece of trail being built as part of trail which will follow the river its entire length. The signs "steep and narrow" - WTF?

Back to the main trail. This is a good indication of what the trail is like. Nice and smooth, undulating and twisty :D Great to belt along on a mtb, yet still cruiser freindly

Taking a break at the park the trail goes past (great place for picnics)

The trail gets really close to the river at some points. Thats one of the bridges

View from the bridge down the river. The other bridge is just around the corner. The track is hidden in the trees

Cool, thanks for sharing those pics! Nice stretch. I'd really like to do a stretch, since I'm 6'4" and my 60 cruiser frame is a little smallish.
