so im finally posting pics of my collection. yes i do realize that most all of them are womens frames. trust me, i know it sucks. but hey i take what i can get sometimes!! free bikes are the best bikes!!! lemme know what ya think of what i got. if anyone has any I.D. info on any of the older bikes please lemme know cuz being a noob here, i dont know too much about the history of bikes and stuff. sorry if your neck cramps up reading this as i forgot to rotate some of the pictures!!!

this one was my grandpas sister old bike. i know its a monarch. dur thats what the headbadge says. year anyone?? just gonna put new tires and tubes and give this one a bath and call it done!

got this frame from skoda and have no freakin clue what it is or what year or anytihng. it was all primered gray overtop like 4coats of paint that i stripped.

aside from the Monark, all the ladies frames look to be Murray made. Front sprockets and pointy dropouts are the first clue..
 
Grandma's is a JC Higgins from Sears, late 50s - early 60s. (built by murray) The Monark is a 53 or newer, that's when they started using that springer and chainguard. ~Adam
 
any body got any pics of my grandmas bike original? theres mounts on the headtube for what looks to be a tank mount. wanna redo this one for her but wanna find the tank first!!!
