I couldn't have helped to identify it, but I like it! I want one! Loop tails are my favorite frame.

almost done , once i finish, ill take it all apart and either powder coat it all black, or chrome it.

Trying - but no luck its a blend of Webco / Cooks / Laguna and S&S . I read before that welders before just didn't work for 1 bike co. but in fact had tubing in house from many of there clients . FMF - RACE INC - CYCLE PRO and AAA Rascal are all very similar frames. Done by the same welders that also welded SE Racing bikes . Its basically which head-badge and stickers were applied .
