I found a way to post a picture that is on an ebay page without saving it or doing a screencap. First go to the page and click on the picture you want. It should pop up in a new window.
Next right click it and select "View Page Source"
Scroll right until you see something like "src="http://i15.ebayimg.com/07/i/000/b1/a7/eadf_1.JPG""
Copy the link http://i15.ebayimg.com/07/i/000/b1/a7/eadf_1.JPG and post like a regular image

I do not know how long this picture will last on the ebay servers, but it will be easier to get info on something, or save the picture.
