potential project for next winter

If next winter is as long as this last one has been, I'm going to need something to keep me occupied. Thinking this might be a potential starting point but not sure what I want to do with it. With the exception of the fender skirts which are paper thin, the rest is pretty solid and rides alright. Initial thoughts were to immediately change the seat and bars, but its oh so comfy and the older I get the more I kinda like comfy.
Gotta figure a way to get the decals off - they have been cleared over.

They may be thin, but those fenders are enough to get me started right now. Customizing that ride should be pretty easy. In my case that also means big $$$'s. I tend to let spending get out of hand. Good luck with the build, and good luck putting it off till next winter.
