Pre war Dayton frame

So got this in a trade with all intentions to build it. We all know how that goes, got Monark silver king a few days later and think I want to cash out if I can for parts for the SK.

What's a fair price on a frame like this? Neck is pre war as well.

100-120 give or take depending on how bad someone wants it. If it had the fork and og badge without rust and pitting, you are looking at 200 or so at least
