Looks like you got all of the important parts at least! Is the tank a repop? I'd lose that seat and sprocket. The rack, although not correct for the bike is at least period correct so I wouldn't worry too much about that. The fender light is a nice touch. If there is a decal on the light that says "patent pending" its a late 1940, if not its a '41. Congrats on a cool find!
 
Thanks! I am going to do some swapping of parts with it and my other bikes and because it is so cobbled together I wont feel bad about parting it out. The frame is really nice though. I have had a The World badged B6 before but it didn't have The World in script on the down tube. But then it was PW so I don't know if that makes a difference.
