Pre war frames

I bought these two frames and was told they were schwinns, the tan one might be but i'm not sure about the green. not sure if it's for 26" or 28"

White one looks to be pre war Schwinn. The blue is not Schwinn.

The blue may be an H.P. Snyder. I believe they produced a ladies frame with the double crossbars.
