A friend of mine sent me some phone pics of a frame he's trying to de-code.

Anyone ever hear of this badge being used....looks kinda like a CWC product.

Small print on the badge reads "International Cooperatives Intl."

It is a CWC built bike (from 1947-1949). Several CO-OP badged CWC bikes from this period have turned up and been posted (here? on the CABE?) in the last year. This was a company that ran grain silos and general stores in several rural communities and they apparently offered a bike line through those outlets with this unique badge. To date they have all been postwar, CWC built bikes.
 
haha thats cool never knew the co-op did bikes! there still loads of em over here (the shop that is)
 
and here i thought it was a bolshevik plot...... :wink:
