Looks post war with those drop outs. Snyder built, there are no serial number charts available for these.

Yes, they also continued using that H chainring for a couple years postwar. Most 1940-56 Snyder frames have the year stamped in reverse on the BB, along with two letters. So, something like "74 EH" would be a 47. Though there's no available info to prove this 100%, it does seem to be accurate. -Adam
