Grips(& stem), a chain, some steel-wool & linseed-oiled paint would almost finish it! Fatty black tires match the black frame nicely.................. Electro will push it over the top!

I'd slap ordinary tires on the new Huffy, motorize it, sell it for a slight profit, and your new tires would have cost you nothing but your time.
