I started with a 1981 early style motomag frame , made some measurements and it was good to go.
The most important thing for my was to get the geometry as near to the standard frame but wider.

I have now sold a lot of the parts for this build and In the process of turning it into 1979 Team spec, I am waiting for the mongoose double clamp stem to come back from the finishers and then building will start on the new improved look.

These are really good value, a fraction of the cost it took to make mine and a good starting point for adding some nicer quality parts

I used a friends Nikon camera, I don't know much about photography but it had a $1000 lens fitted to it.

All I need now is a gen 1 mongoose double clamp stem which i'm having trouble finding a nice one.

Damn turned out beautiful, it looks like it came straight from the factory. i wish i had some of them mad skills so i can finish my projects.
