you would first have to check your measurements, then if that would work, then "shopbuilt" motormounts might be in order. I assume "wcc" stands for west coast choppers? I put an engine on an old coaster bike, and ended up modifying a motormount, the brake bar, beveling all nine sprocket bolt heads a bit, and dishing my back tire. Works fine so far.
 
I did some research about it and the universal motor mount should work with a jesse james bicycle
 
From what little I know...

DONT buy a stock engine direct from china.

Get one thats been tweeked from a reputable dealer in the U.S.
