I build stuff.
I made the deflector/difuser for my bike rack months ago and finally pulled it back off today to do what I wanted to do initially... cover it with stickers from my SASE project.
First I had to smooth out the edges with my bench grinder, bench grinders really work well on plexiglass, I had to remove about 1/2" to 3/4" from the bottom and radius the top corners. Then I took it inside, cleaned it up and got out the stickers:

(sorry about the cell phone pictures, my kids broke my good camera and I've lost motivation to pick up one of my older cameras)
