The second issue from the test ride has been checked off. Easy fix, I dug through the parts stash and found some crank arms one inch shorter.

Here's a look.

Got the body work done on the tank. The tanks have a mold seam that needs to be smoothed out before paint.

Next up, I'll break everything down for the last time and start paint prep.

The frame and I spent some quality time today with the bead blasting cabinet followed by some clean up with a Scotch-Brite sanding disc. She's ready for some epoxy primer now.

While I wait for my turn to get the bike into a friends paint booth, I glued the seat pads together.

I also cut a few rectangles out of the scrap leather. Any idea what they will be used for?

The new cranks look to still be a decent length. Can't wait to see the paint.

Will you be installing a chain guard on this?
