From what I can tell, they make great products. The trike I was given had sat outside for about 10 years and was never really used. The original price was about $600. The seat went forward and my 6 year old daughter could ride it, and it went far enough back that I could ride it. With my son or daughter in the basket I could ride wheelies, since the chain only drove one wheel I could hold one with my elbow and spin circles till I was sick, for reference, I was 200 pounds then plus the kids.

The website will give you parts lists and manuals, and they will talk to you on the phone too. I sold mine for $80, haha.
