Here is my place holder for the 1967 Stik Shift. This build (resurrection) will be a clean up and add the missing parts the PO removed.

As you can see, it is missing the SA 3 speed, Stik Shifter and brakes. This build will not be as daunting as the last quarter's build. I have and located the the correct AW hub laced to an S2. You may have guessed I have many Stik parts. I do want to finish the Spitfire first as I am close now.

I like Matti's line, so I will join him in the parking lot next to the Arena of Crash's build. Close enough to look over and steal ideas and learn. I'm still a newbie at this Build Off fun!

This is your first MBBO? Welcome!
First muscle bike build for this forum. I have put a couple bikes together. My avatar shows a Swing bike that was a complete basket case. No way I could get the correct parts to make it original. Here is a little better picture.

Poor, 1967 Schwinn catalog picture and description calls out Stik Shift and Deluxe. My '67 chain guard has "Stik Shift." Would this bike not have fenders from the factory?? Both wheels are wrong and so is at least the front fender on my bike. Changed by the PO.

So if the bike was built as a deluxe, stik, would it still say "Stik Shift" on the chain guard, or would it say "Deluxe?"

I couldn't find a 67 Stingray like that, but here's a 66 Deluxe with a stik shift, just says Deluxe on the guard.
