Raleigh "Sprite" 5 spd.

Neighbor had the fixte out with a FREE sign on her! Bike is perfect!........Then he was showing me some other Raleighs he had. The Sprite was hanging from the rafters. He said he bought it a number of years ago, because he had never seen a bike with that kind of hub and shifter set up. It has internal shift mechanisms on both sides of the hub, one side is a two spd. The other side is a three speed (I guess). He said if I wanted it he would let it go for $40. I bought it.

Friday on my way to work I picked up the blue bikes twin! It came complete with the mens version too. Only both are in MUCH worse condition than yours. Everything is frozen, rusted or faded. I might make a fixie out of the mens bike just for a laugh.
