I finally found some good stuff. I found this 1968 ramshorn fastback on craigslist for a good price. Its all original just missing the seat and brake cables. I had a junk seat I put on it until I find a nicer one. He also included a nos roll of Hunt Wyld bar tape. It should clean up pretty good. The paint isn't great but it should look decent.

I'm going to clean it up, replace a couple parts then ride it.
