Spring is in the air, and it's time to go bike hunting! Here are a few fun odds and ends that came along with other bikes I picked up recently.
I have been scoring more parts than bikes lately. Not that that is a problem!

I have a new favorite fishing spot, and I ain't tellin'!

Early BMX junk that came on a Stingray.

Really nice Morrow wheels pulled from under a dead raccoon. I though it was a stuffed toy at first.

Those pedals are really cool, almost a deco look to them. Any markings on them?

They are marked Brampton with a British patent number. The patent number indicated they were early 30's.

The wheels were lying under what I thought was a ratty old stuffed teddy bear. When I moved "the bear" some of its fur came off exposing a raccoon skeleton.

Thankfully, they were skeletonized remains. Ol' Mr. coon musta died a while back.

No, the wheels are not for sale. They are going on my Higgins. Actually, they have gone on my Higgins.
