SOLD rare 1937 Snyder Rollfast Straightbar Fastback Frame & Disc Brake Fork

[The Black Monark]

planned to build this as a bmx-style 26" cruiser.
lost interest in the project now it's time for a new home.
this frame came to me with a headtube that had been ovalized inside from riding with a loose headset.
i milled it with the park tool to fit 1 1/8" headset and installed a new cartridge bearing headset and chromoly fork.
i removed the cantilever brake mounts on the fork.
was going to use a bolt-on disc adapter on the rear with a single speed freewheel.
frame takes 26" wheels.
paint is original.

Money spent on the above radical Rollfast is money I can't spend on current projects...and I have enough current projects to last me 37 lifetimes .

I ran across this picture in looking for paint scheme ideas for my recent Rollfast build and fell in love with it. I guess I’ll be modifying another tank to fit this one too!
