The front has an ecliptic mount to allow to tightening of the front chain. The badge is actually a decal, same as was originally used. I ordered doubles of all the decals because I knew I would be doing it over eventually.

Watching this one! I'm currently also building (not a BO8 bike) a post-buyout BSA into a military bike.

Back in town after the family business has been dealt with. I will continue where I left off last Friday tomorrow. One lesson I had forgotten before I began and the bike was kind enough to remind me of- When using a wire brush on the grinder to remove 75 year old paint wear a frickin' dust mask, dummy! I suffered for two days, coughing hacking, and now getting all of the air my lungs were wanting.

Atom hub is 136mm wide.

Drop outs are 118mm wide

The beauty of this frame has been hidden for all of it's life and I am not going to hide it again.

Domiracer.com They are a vintage British motorcycle site. I found pics of a '36 "lady back" BSA tandem that had the original decals on a British bicycle museum website. I have several reference pics in the build thread from my last build up. viewtopic.php?f=21&t=39168&st=0&sk=t&sd=a&hilit=bsa

Laying down the keel tube decal, actually 4 separate decals

Clear lacquer over bare steel

I got this ratty, rusty light from pick a while back.

Really digging the bare metal tandem with the decals.

Build on brother, I think you may have the only 'bicycle built for two' in the BO this year.

I started my assembly today. I was too busy working to take pics, but here are some terrible mock up pics.

Tight squeeze, but I managed to shoe horn a 2.125 in without any rubbing.

Now I need to figure out my wheels, headlight, tires, pedals...
